  • In-Stock Products: Products marked as "In Stock" are physically available in the corresponding warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch.
  • Same-Day Processing: Orders confirmed during business hours are processed the same day to ensure rapid delivery.
  • Pre-Orders: For products not currently in stock, customers can place a Pre-Order based on published MOQ, standard shipment time, and express (air) shipment time.
    • Air shipment costs and estimated delivery dates are clearly displayed for each option.
    • Our logistics team provides additional details when order confirmation is issued.
